This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit solasuniversi-radio.com and listen to the radio. We keep it to the minimum needed to run the station.

Who is responsible

No account, no cookies, no tracking

You don't need an account to listen. This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising or tracking tools, and loads its fonts from our own server, not from third parties.

Hosting and security

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect it against attacks. Cloudflare keeps this data only briefly. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see roughly where our visitors come from. This service works without cookies and without storing any data on your device. It does not create user profiles and does not track you across other websites. The data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) on our behalf and is used only in aggregated form to improve this website.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Listening to the stream

The radio stream is delivered by our radio hosting provider. When you press play, your device connects directly to the provider's streaming server, which processes your IP address and device information to deliver the audio. The provider also creates anonymous listener statistics for us (for example, how many people listen and from which country). We use these statistics to plan the programme and to check that the station is only available in the regions where we are licensed to broadcast.

Legal basis: providing the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running the station (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Song requests and coins

Song requests are made through your account on Infinium369. The data you enter there (for example your name, city and greeting) is processed under the privacy policy of Infinium369. If you send a greeting, your first name and city may be read out on air.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time:

• what data we hold about you, and to receive a copy
• to correct or delete it
• to restrict its processing, or object to it

We update this policy when the station gets new features. The date at the top shows the latest version.
